Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Soleramic, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, email us at support@soleramic.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- To request an exchange, contact us at support@soleramic.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soleramic.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
